Some of you guys if not all, are by now i'm sure concerned that your hard pipes have not turned up, please be rest assured they HAVE all been sent except 1 red set and 2 special colour order sets, i fully understand you may be thinking are you ever going to get them, you will.....
Let me explain, all kits are sent from I.O.M where i live via the UK postal service, the brochure states within 2 weeks, previous items sent to states have arrived within 2 weeks, those guys who have received the rad pipes, will see from the post mark, within 2 weeks, BUT the hard pipe kits weigh in at just under 4 kilos and after i have been asking why the kits are taking so long, this is the reason why, it seems that any parcel sent over 2 kilos will leave UK by air, then go by surface mail, hence the long delay, i was not aware of this simply because having sent some 30 items to your country before the GB started, only 3 of these were hard pipe kits.
I have found a courier firm here to deliver future kits, which gaurantee within 6 days, it is far more expensive, some $70.00, so any future kits will have to go up, just $20.00, i will subsidise the rest. Believe me when i say you will love the quality of this pipe work when it comes, far better than HKS, and cheaper too, yes the wait has been terrible, this will change from now on.
We have a small number of fantastic products for the Zed coming out at the moment, which i hope to sell to you guys at some stage, so as a sign of goodwill for all your frustration, those who took part in the GB can if they purchase cybercraft products from us, receive 15% discount and a very quick delivery service, i do apoligise most sincerely for the delay, but is out of my control, i know how you must be feeling, i parted with $2,000 for a GB here before your orders came in and i'm still waiting too, also anyone here know Harry at Advance imports, kick his arse for me, been waiting 3 months for goods as well, once again guys i am sorry, i'm sure those of you who have purchased from us can confirm the goods DO come through.
